Rocky Mountain Corrective Massage offers above industry standard compensation with raises based on performance and number of hours worked each week, free monthly massage, free continuing education, paid training and brainstorming sessions with your co-therapists, flexible time off and discounts on retail products and additional services. Breaks are built into the daily schedule, and each therapist has the freedom to set their max number of appointments in a day and in a week. In short, we believe that supporting and caring for our staff is the best way to support and care for our clients.
RMCM is specifically seeking a therapist trained in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, cupping, and similar modalities. Strong customer service skills, impeccable personal integrity, and a drive to provide the highest quality rehabilitative care is a must.
